COMPANY INFO - EXECUTIVE TEAM
Jeffery A. Cook, President
Mr. Cook co-founded CyberCalc in January 1999. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he is responsible for product design and maintenance of the CC-Monthly and FLL programs. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a BBA in Management Information Systems, Mr. Cook has sixteen years’ experience developing data based software solutions in a variety of industries.
Mr. Cook also serves as Chairman of the Pintail Youth Ranch; a Texas 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing important recreational, social and learning experiences for financially or socially disadvantaged male youths from single-parent and no-parent households. Founded in 1999, Pintail helps teach troubled youths to be productive, capable and confident citizens.
Prior to founding CyberCalc, Mr. Cook served as President and Chairman of Titan Development Group, Inc.; a Dallas based software company specializing in Back Office Solutions for the Food Services Industry. From 1993 to the sale of the company in 1999, Titan's innovative DOS, Windows and Internet based software programs were used in hundreds of the highest profile restaurants and colleges throughout the United Sates.
David J. Biechler, Executive Vice President
Co-founder with Mr. Cook, Mr. Biechler provides ten years of dealership and lending institution experience. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he is solely in charge of all direct sales and marketing efforts for the CC-Monthly programs.
In the two years preceding the formation of CyberCalc, Mr. Biechler served as the National Sales Manager for Union Acceptance Corp. in Indianapolis, Indiana. Under his leadership, UAC successfully expanded into 33 additional states and increased monthly loan originations from $30 million to $100 million.
Prior to his employment with UAC, Mr. Biechler served as Finance Manager for Gene Messer Ford in Oklahoma City from 1991 to 1994.
Mr. Biechler is a 1990 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance.
Susan Cortez, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Cortez graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University in 1993. In addition to her financial responsibilities, she is solely responsible for management of the FLL program.
Prior to joining CyberCalc, she served as Assistant Vice President of Client Services for The Associates managing major relocation projects for Ford Motor Company, Dell, Conoco and Hewlett Packard. Her primary responsibilities included sales, expense and tax compliance, client payroll interfaces and year end financial reporting.
Ms. Cortez joined the CyberCalc.com team in March 2001.
Michael Truscott, Director of Information Services
Mr. Truscott is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Management Information Systems. In addition to his technical responsibilities, he is responsible for the development and management of the CyberTRAC program.
Prior to joining CyberCalc in 2001, Mr. Truscott spent the previous five years designing and developing wireless and browser based solutions for the transportation, finance, energy, and medical industries.
He began his professional career at American Airlines and has since developed leading edge applications for clients such as Nation’s Bank, Siemens and Raytheon.
